All the Bad News in the World

Bad News. And there is plenty of it, one could spend the entire day, every day, reading about all the insane behavior of individuals and groups and corporations and governments around the world and it would still be a drop in the bucket. The tip of the iceberg as it often / always seems to be.

Another sleepless night.

Perhaps thinking (with out much skill in the task (at this moment in particular)) about the fate of the human specie (along with one’s own fate) does have a few little drawbacks; like sleepless nights, loss of appetite, the inability to even pretend a smile at what often seems to come across as stupid humor, periods of rage that find no ethical outlet, periods of depression that makes sleep the only desired exercise. Music, movies all seem so stupid even with all the special effects, 2 dimensional at best. Friends, even old ones seem to fade away with time, and strangers can almost sense that something is “wrong” with you, too much of a mirror perhaps to their own trampled awareness of the real world around them/us.

1. a great flood of water; inundation; flood.
2. a drenching rain; downpour.
3. anything that overwhelms like a flood

Karma; -noun
1. Theosophy. the cosmic principle according to which each person is rewarded or punished … according to that person's deeds …

Example; A deluge of karma?

Karma could be simply thought of as the results of are actions, and a deluge of karma might be understood as an overwhelming flood of reactions to are behavior as humans on this planet. Simply wondering where humanity has come from, what humanity is, and where it is going. Where is humanity going?

“There is a hard rain coming.” again...

Many people seem to feel it, although often reluctant to admitting it, even more reluctant to talking about it, but the gut feeling, and one might perhaps say, the intuition of it is there non the less. There is a hard rain coming. If people don’t want to talk about it face to face than perhaps people might be willing to comment and speak out in a blog, share their thoughts, feelings and intuitions? Well, that was the thought in starting this blog. It has often seemed that the genius of humanity lies in the numbers of us, the ones unknown, “unfamous” one might say.

So, where is this specie going? What are the options? What might the options be? What can be done? …etc… All those questions might be sorted out in time.
